IMPORTIANT HOW TO GET STARTED INFORMATION FOR ALL MEMBERS Oct 21 2013: Important - Please Read

Dear Customers,

We are  a small familly operation co-op that spends long hours getting fresh food from farmers and delivering them to you and packing  the food as well.Sadly,that means that we cant read alot of emails .So please make sure that your order on line is accurate. You can make changes to your order but not after the cut off day.We sometimes do not send out confirmation emails,we forget at times  please check your orders if you still have a question you cannot answer please call  862-264-6747 0r 973 -289-2447 you can speak with kathy at either one of the numbers.

 We delver to you Tuesday -Sunday

We deliver until 12 am sometimes it can even be as late as be 1 or 2 am  if  we are busy.

We cannot guarentee the same delivery time each week.It  will vary. You can  allways  call your driver  at 1 pm ,the numbers are listed below and he can map you out and give you an ETA of your food. Usually within a 1- 2 hour window time frame.This way you do not sit home all day waiting for food delivery.

 

 1)  IF YOU LIVE IN A HOME-   Please have a cooler ready in the front of the home with the porch light on so the driver can see your home number. If its in the summer please have loose ice in the cooler to keep milk cold as the gel packs do not work.If you do not do this we will not be responsible for soured milkif you can during the week.Fall and winter months really no need for any ice at all.Please put payment in cash to us in the cooler in a plastic bag..If there are any specific directions on how to get to your home becausue of difficulties please write that into your order page "customer comment".

 

 2)  IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT WITH DOORMAN- If you will not be home please leave cooler with cash payment with doorman.And again state this in your "customer comment" part of your order.

 

  3) IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT WITH NO DOORMAN-  If you will be home there is no need to wait home all day you can call your driver on the day of the delivery at 12noon ,give him or her your name they look you up on their map and can give you an ETA  of your food.usually it is within a window of time of 1-2 hours .this way you do not wait home all day.

 

 4)  PICK-UP OPTION - We have a truck in New York City ,brooklyn and queens every saturday and  Sunday .

 

 

      IF ANY FOLKS ABOVE IN ANY CATAGORY  1 ,2 or 3 AND 4   CANNOT MEET THE CRITERIA TO ACCEPT THEIR FOOD DELIVERY AND PAY US ,THERE IS ALLWAYS THE OPTION OF FINDING A NICE NEIGHBOR YOU HAVE TO TAKE IN YOUR FOOD HOWEVER THEY HAVE TO BE LIVING RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO YOU or in the same building . AND PLEASE PUT IN THE "CUSTOMER COMMENT " PART OF THE ORDER THEIR NAME AND TELEPHONE. AND THAT THEY WILL BE THE ONES TAKING IN YOUR FOOD AND PAYING US.

IF YOU CANNOT MEET ANYONE OF THESE OPTIONS FOR YOUR FOOD ACCEPTANCE AT YOUR DOOR WE ARE PROBABLY NOT THE CO-OP FOR YOU.

973-413-9585   MOAZ  IS THE ONE THAT SHOPS FOR ALL THE FOOD SO HE NEEDS TO KNOW IMMEDIATLEY  IF THERE  IS A CANCELLATION  AS THESE FOOD ITEMS ARE TIME SENSITIVE FRESH.

 

MISSING ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER ???? OR SOMETHING NOT RIGHT 

YOU HAVE TO LET US KNOW THAT NIGHT OR A FEW HOURS AFTER DELIVERY THAT DAY OR NIGHT

YOU HAVE TO INSPECT EVERYTHING AND TASTE IT AS WELL

IF SOMETHING IS SOURED WE NEED TO KNOW THAT DAY OR NIGHT

AFTER THAT NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AT ALL
