I PUT EVERYTHING ON IT I COULD THINK OF...SHEA BUTTER,ZINC CREAM ... FOR DAYS NOTHING WAS WORKING.WHEN I LEFT GERRIS I BEGAN TO APPLY TO MY CORNERS BY EVENING ALL HEALING HAD TAKEN PLACE !... I WOULD SAY APPROX 5 APPLICATIONS WERE PUT ON. THE BEES WAX IS FROM GERRI AND HER MOM AND DADS BEE HIVES IN NORTH CAROLINA.AND ITS SOMEWHAT STICKY WHEN IT GOES ON COMPARED TO OTHER LIP BALMS I HAVE TRIED WHICH COME OFF AFTER A FEW MINUTES.. AND THATS DUE MOSTLY BECAUSE OF THE UNFILTERED BEES WAX. YOU CAN TELL THE AMOUNT OF THE BEES WAX GERRI ADDS BECAUSE OF THE BROWNISH GREEN COLOR .mOST LIP BALMS SAY THEY ADD BEES WAXED BUT THE TUBE IS EITHER PURE WHITE OR PALE YELLOW.GERRI DOESNT SKIM ON THE BEES WAX.THANKS GERRI AND GERRI'S BEES
