This honey is raw and local (regional) from stocking apiaries in Pennsylvania.... from the bees of Pennsylvania. They too feed on Wildflowers . This honey is off white in color ,easily spreadable on toast. Take one tablespoon of this honey and one tablespoon of raw butter mix well then use to spread on warm toast. This honey is not "seeded" to purposely crystalize the honey...its naturally crystalized as the bees eat a tremendous amount of Wildflowers...the more Wildflowers the quicker ANY honey will crystalize. And usually when honey crystalizes its an indicator that its truly raw.when it stays in liquid form indefinitely its usually been heated.
