100% grass fed roasts for any occasion.Most of these roasts are cut from 1.50 lbs to 3 lbs approx. Minimum order is a 2 lbs. package (please note that the package may be slightly over 2 lbs. Any additional weight will be added to price.Since they are freshly slaughtered when they are thawed out they are still very tender after they are cooked.We reccommend slow cooking any of your roasts or steaks just like they do when they rotisseier a chicken in the stores the meat is very tender.marinating your meat as well for two days prior to cooking is suggested .You can use olive oil lemon juice garlic salt and pepper.and yoghurt if you like make a pudding type mixture and let it sit in it for one or two days. instead of yoghurt you can even use kefir from cow or goat add also the spices you like but what makes meat tender is the lemon and the yoghurt or kefir .
