A2A2 Guernsey Gruyere cheese. This cheese is now available. It has been aged for about 8 months and will be a mild Gruyere. Very few people do not like a mild Gruyere in fact most people love it. In the future we will also offer sharp Gruyere cheese but it needs to be aged approx. 2 years to be sharp. Have you noticed that we have added lemon flavored Greek yogurt. If there is any more products you would like us to make please let us know. We look forward to serving your needs in the rest of 2022 and beyond. Wishing you a happy and healthy future!
