I order this frequently and it's delicious and consistent. I was introduced to creme fraiche during travel in Europe but haven't been able to find it in any US grocery store. Wonderful as a spread on scones or other baked goods. I add a spoonful to iced coffee and smoothies to get a delicious creamy boost with healthy probiotics. Give it a try!
